PhotoVogue.

It has been a year since I have been successful with a submission to PhotoVogue.

I set an alarm every Sunday for 11:01 pm to wake up and submit two photos. Every week like clockwork I pick two images and submit them.

I am usually in deep sleep by then so when I finish submitting I fall back into bed. It’s not a long process and I never stick around to see the results. Often checking the next week and getting a pleasant surprise seeing an image that has been accepted with the Vogue stamp on the bottom. It fills me with glee. There is still some kind of standard that is set by that name that we strive for. We look to it for guidance and inspiration. At least I do and I have been for years.

From an ongoing project I started a few years back.

A continuation of the same project. I am always in awe of jellyfish, I love they way they move. This is one of a couple of hundred images I took on my recent visit to the Vancouver Aquarium.
